Ok so if I’m unable to recover my ad account … because metas customer service and ai bots are literally TRASH 😩 … I’m seeing conflicting advice about starting a new ads account. Some say this happens often and they have like 10 different ad accounts for that reason- others say no fb will recognize your info and deactivate your new ads account since the last one was disabled. I just need help understanding what to do, should I simply open a new ad account ? I mean I won’t lose a whole lot of data as I just started running ads about a month ago so that I’m not concerned with I’m concerned with meta flagging me for opening a new ads account since the other was disabled for to 2 (literally 2!?) ads being rejected (which one I just turned off and added a new creative which got accepted) and the other I had no chance they disabled my account right away ! Any help is appreciated so I know how to move forwards I’m stressing a bit !!
I also had issues with support being the Ai, what I did was go to the help section in ads manager, get more help and their should be an email their to contact support.

If you are using gohighlevel their should be a captcha verification setting in the form builder. Make sure to test it yourself before launching it because sometimes they make the captcha verification difficult lmao
