Here are five ways you can tell you’re shifting into a new spiritual chapter: 1. Old patterns simply stop working. The reactions, habits, or coping mechanisms that once felt familiar suddenly feel heavy or misaligned. It’s not failure — it’s evolution. Your old tools don’t fit your new vibration. 2. You feel an internal nudge without a clear reason. You may not know why, but you know you’re being pulled forward. It feels like an inner “click,” a sense of readiness, or a soft but persistent call to grow. 3. People, situations, or commitments naturally fall away. Not through conflict — but through a gentle disengaging. Your energy shifts first, and life rearranges around it. 4. You experience heightened clarity or intuition. You start receiving insights faster, trusting them more, and recognizing guidance as it comes. The inner static quiets, and the signal becomes stronger. 5. You feel more at peace with the unknown. Instead of fearing change, you sense a calm acceptance — even anticipation. Your I AM is already standing in the next phase, inviting you to step there too. If you’re noticing these things, you’re not losing your footing — you’re shedding a layer that’s complete. Trust the transition. You are expanding, aligning, and preparing for a more powerful expression of who you truly are.

Every so often, when I least expect it, I am inspired to retreat. I have learned to honour these times, as they offer my greatest opportunities for inner growth. This time has been no different. I AM beginning to re-emerge now—changed, more peaceful, and deeply inner-oriented. The time of seeking answers externally has softened into a quiet presence within my own inner world. This has been a journey unto itself. And as I AM human, I understand there will be moments where I return again to anchor more deeply. Walking a spiritual path does not absolve us of challenges—we simply meet them differently. We are all a work in progress. This will never change, nor would I wish it to. It is in the willingness to move into the depths of our experience that true growth reveals itself. It feels important to share how this naturally expands into the services I offer. While the shifts may appear subtle, the space itself has deepened. There is a greater sense of peace within sessions, allowing for moments where your own clarity can arise more easily and naturally. Mediumship remains a meaningful part of my work and will always be welcomed when it presents itself. At the same time, sessions continue to be a space to breathe, to exhale, and to gently move into what matters most to you. From here, a deeper trust in Self begins to emerge—because it is you who holds the answers you seek. As with all things in life, growth brings refinement. My commitment remains the same: to meet you as fully and honestly as I can. When growth is honoured, what is offered naturally evolves—bringing with it greater clarity and depth for both of us. In this, we grow together. In the coming days, my new website will be shared. It reflects the quiet steadiness and calm of this new space within me. Sessions will continue to be available—now held within a deeper, more expansive presence that supports your own clarity and inner knowing. The I AM is always present, ready to meet us—regardless of the question, the challenge, or the moment.

Notice the impulse to react… and choose differently. You can pivot in an instant by shifting your focus to what matters: your peace, your path, your power. Their mood is not your responsibility. Your vibration is.
