Question - Other People's Behaviour
How do you not take on accountability for someone else's behaviour. I have a colleague I'm working with and he takes no accountability and just overall is acting disrespectfully. At the end of the day today, I just felt so emotional like I'm failing and nothing I'm doing is working. How can I stop absorbing that feeling of failure when it's not even my responsibility for someone else's behavior. Is there an IAM statement I can use to shield myself?

Yes, 100% know it's not my responsibility. I'm doing my best to pivot and remain calm. I know I am not doing anything wrong but the negative nelly voice thinks otherwise. I just don't know why it thinks otherwise. Thanks for the ideas. Will give it a go!
Animals
There is something so tremendously deep and profound in animals. How they 'know' and how they trust that knowing is nothing short of amazing. I watched this short video this morning and was reminded of the Council of 12's teaching on how we have everything backwards. Animals. So loving and full of trust. https://x.com/i/status/1998860831489155250

Question re: Analysis Paralysis
Question - I feel lately that I'm frozen in the too many options and what options do I pursue cycle. How do I move myself out of that? Is there an I AM statement I can use? I've asked myself questions about why I can't do anything on my to do list and it seems to come back as perhaps frozen about making the 'wrong' decision. What if I spend time on doing something and it doesn't work out to be 'something'? Anyone ever feel like that?

Thank you! That helps!
Believe It Or Not....
....you ARE in charge of your reality! Not every attitude deserves your energy. When someone comes at you being snarky or negativity, pause. Just pause. Notice the impulse to react… and choose differently. You can pivot in an instant by shifting your focus to what matters: your peace, your path, your power. Their mood is not your responsibility. Your vibration is.

100% easier said than done but I was able to put this into practice today. Some lady decided to yell at me for where I parked (even though I parked legitimately - she wanted my spot and thought she was entitled to it even though she came 5 mins after I had already been there!). She was rude and irritating. I just tuned her out and continued on with my activities. She eventually gave up and moved on. BUT, I felt it stay with me in the store. I felt, OMG, was I in the wrong, should I have moved, should I have reacted differently and then I kindly said, NO EGO! I was not wrong. It's a reflection of something she's going through and has nothing to do with me. But it sure is hard to 'brush' off.
Question
When did you last feel your inner power rise up? What triggered it?

Yesterday. I was triggered by a person at work. What triggered me is the disrespect that came my way in our interaction. But I was so proud of myself. I felt anger and emotions coming to the service but I quickly pivoted, breathed and handled the situation like a pro. No emotions, just calmness. It was awesome. I felt great afterwards despite the content of the meeting, I felt really good after. Strange but I'll take it.
