Dealing with disappointment
Indulge me in my despair. Last night no one joined my monthly free call and this morning I woke up to an email to hear that a 1:1 client I thought was in the bag is choosing to go with "another vendor". How do you cope with and bounce back from rejection? I feel like there is so much mixed advice out there on bearing your soul and being vulnerable and then at the same time I feel the need to withdraw and isolate and protect myself.

@Alana Newman girl I completely understand. When one door closes another opens. I had a coach tell me last year rejection is protection. We don’t always understand why things happen in the moment but I have no doubt that even better things & more aligned clients are in store for you!

@Alana Newman I saw a similar post on TikTok last week right after this happened and it made me feel so much better!! I love that. I was in door-to-door sales for two years and dealt with so much rejection which was great for me, but when it comes to business, it does feel so much more personal.
I opened my first community last night!
Learned a lot from the process. Do not overthink. Avoid perfectionism. Actions over wishes. Focus on the people you want to attract. Use Dan's buyer persona Guide :) soooooooo rich Serve them and guide them (literally to your community) Be patient. Do not focus on the decorations (yea..) Other wins: I'm so excited! I have lvl 3 in this community! yay!

Hell yes that’s awesome!! Get it girl. I’ve probably had 4 or 5 communities at this point. They get better every time. The only way through it is through it! Huge congrats 🥳🥳🥳
Day 1-Transformation Post
Wow, I’ve learned so much and I’m just at the very beginning. This lesson made me actually think about how I’ve transformed in my life and what I can actually offer people. Before, I just knew I wanted to help people and wanted to coach, but I only had vague ideas of what to offer. I now have clarity in: - What I can offer - How valuable of an offer this can be - The ability and expertise that I have to help people change and become who they want to be. If you haven’t done this yet, take some time to actually talk through your life experiences with someone you trust. Saying things out loud to someone else helps a lot with recognizing the actual change and growth. Writing it down helps too. Just get it out of your head. Now, I need to learn how to formulate what I have so others can see the value 😬 any tips?

I just joined Dan’s paid program and HIGHLY recommend for putting together your signature offer. Everything starts from the offer. From there we can use AI to put together the outlines for pretty much everything else.

@Mogene Christensen Actually I just realized he opened it up in here for free! So I would def check that out for help formatting what you offer so that other people can see the value! Also I suggest creating your 1 page offer then getting feedback on it by booking 15 min feedback calls with ideal clients to get their honest feedback on it - is there anything missing? Anything they would take out? You'll get so much gold from those conversations! Dan recommends doing 20 of them. By then youll have a truly badass offer that you feel so confident in presenting 💜
#1 communicating your value to the audience
As someone who has not applied any marketing to what I do and have managed to stay alive by word-of-mouth (no business, social medias or website currently working 😬), what's kept me alive is being my brand of value so I do everything from that place of how I can help people. My ideas for content that I'm now participating in communities and growing my name come from questions and I see people ask when I'm reviewing and selecting my content for the new coaching program. I'm gonna do anything that seems very universally applicable a way to create a little bite-size bit of information to nourish people also works as a way of communicating your value and establishing your bone fides. Don't be afraid to show a little something that anchors you as a valuable contributor to a person's journey whether or not they know who you are entirely or they're in the market for you. Anybody that sees that and you stick in their mind can be someone that refers you to one of the people in their circle of influence. And sharing "two cents" is a lot cheaper than social media marketing ads. You just wanna make sure it's a teaser, but it has enough meat on it to taste good.

Curious the group's thoughts
I currently have a free group ~1,100 members I have a Low Ticket paid group $297/mo ~ 185 members Of the 185 members 101 are paying, 15 admins, the rest of some higher ticket product member The question I have is about operating a High Ticket offer using Skool. Our price point is $15-30K/yr so not practical to bill that through skool. How are other people with a HT offer using skool to help deliver their HT service? What I'm trying to solve for is whether I should have the HT members in the LT group or not? Or should I just have a 3rd Skool group that is private, doesn't do any billing, and just invite HT members in there? Thoughts?
