Compliment lift up!
Last night, my husband gave me a compliment letting me know that he's noticing my results. Although i can't see them yet on my scale or in my clothes, it feels so great to know that results are happening. Also, personally, feels good to have a man who pays attention and notices when i work hard to improve my mind and body. So excited to keep this momentum going!

One of my favorite things about working out from home is it does not matter what i wear or what i look like. Star Wars Christmas pj pants and a nursing bra with my hair a hot mess....yes! Got chest 1 (second time) done ✅ Really enjoy that 15 second fast forward option for when he gets chatty.

Tired today (plenty of sleep in terms of hours, quality not the best and my period is coming, wiping me out physically and emotionally). I didn’t really feel like doing this today, but once I started and finished I’m so glad I did! Chest 1 ✅ I was able to go heavier on the presses and I moved faster since I already went through it once. Followed up by protein pancakes

Some days there is time to hit a double. Some days there's not even time to pee. Lol. I'm working on making myself a priority and i love this program for helping me with that. Enjoying the soreness and feeling strong during the workouts!

Agreed!!! I always recover best when i listen to my body. There are days to push hard of course. But there are also days to rest and recover.

Am I reading the calendar right
Hello beautiful people I just wanna make sure I'm reading the calendar right. So today is day five Friday which we're all alone I think so we are gonna do testing and correct? I see that I think it's 10 days before an actual rest day which we all know I don't really take them, but I wanna make sure I'm staying in line with you guys so making sure that I am I guess counting correctly lol I did look up the sweaty Calendar selfie thing too to make sure it looks like it's strictly 30 days and that's December right?

I totally missed the calendar and couldn't understand why my workouts were being repeated. I found it! So, now I'm going to back track a little to get on track. Thank you! Love this community for all of these things i miss. I feel much less crazy. Ha
