Day 17! Did you know stress is also known as the silent killer? Yep it is. It can cause heart attacks, strokes, loss of sleep, loss of appetite, anxiety, increase in appetite, unexplained pain, weight gain, weight loss, spikes in cortisol, even sickness, & etc....the list can go on. Are you noticing when you are responding to it and how is it different with this challenge? πŸ’’ But guess what?
