Hi, I hope it's ok to put this question in here: I'm not from the U.S., and I need some help from the crowd here. What should the cost of setting up a new LLC be these days? Who can help with that? And is it beneficial to establish in Delaware or Maryland? Many thanks! πŸ™

Watch Out!
I have a big pet peeve I want to share. So many gurus out there want to tell you how you start making money TODAY in real estate! They want to tell you that if you do this, this and this you will be successful in real estate. AND that is true....FOR THEM! Here is the truth, there is no A,B,C path to success except your own! I can sit here and tell you my exact path to where I am today, but that will not be the same path to success for you. You will have to be your own trailblazer. Every entrepreneur is a trailblazer and every person has their own path to success. And what is that path? Work! Working consistently and persistently until it happens for you! The reason I said to watch out is because anyone who promises you a short cut to success is LYING. There is no short cut. You will have to do the work. I don't care what path you choose in real estate, wholesaling, flipping , lending or buy and hold. You will have to do the work. It won't be easy but it will be worth it! That being said, I am right now building out the next course that will be available to you next week. BUT, you will have to level up in order to get it! What does that mean? That means you will need to engage in community, liking and commenting on others. This community it NOT just about me, its about YOU all! So make connections and make sure you are at a level three so you can be the first to access the next course! I think the first question is not who will be the guru to follow, but rather, what is my strategy? What am I more drawn to? Creative finance? New construction, perhaps? Multifamily? Fix and flip? Do I want to build a business out of this or am I passive investor? Or maybe both? In your opinion, what is the best strategy for beginners to build a business that will also generate equity?

Tuesday Time Blocking Topic
How do you spend your time???? Its super important to take audit of your time on a weekly basis. When you are getting started building your business the hardest part is making sure that you are taking action 90% of the time you are spending on your business! What does that look like? Taking inventory of your time. The best way to help you do this is to TIME BLOCK. In the evenings I will look at my day for the next day and plan by hour and color code your day, red would be the things you can't miss, maybe blue for the family items, and yellow for the things that need to be done but could get moved around. You get to decide! If you do this little task for 10 minutes each day you will find that action taking isn't as hard as you thought! Here is what a picture of my calendar might look like on a given day..... where I am in my business I spend most of my day invested in developing my team. Time blocking is key to started a business! You are going to be making something from nothing and that is not easy unless you have a plan, a roadmap of sorts.
