HI guys! If you were on my zoom yesterday you would know that I was calling agents LIVE! I was able to reach an agent and she was very interested in getting a CREATIVE offer for her seller's property listed ON MARKET. I was able to send her some information and a soft offer via email after the call was over. Today, she gave me a call and wanted to ask me some questions before she spoke more with her client, who was moderately interested. She told me that she gets these LOIs all the time but nobody ever calls her so she spams them or deletes them. She wanted to talk to me because I had actually called! If you are sending out blast LOIs I highly recommend that you also call agents. The entire thing is RELATIONSHIP! Build relationships with agents and get FREE LEADS!
