Welcome to the community💫
All perspectives are helpful... 🙌
Hey everybody, hope yall are doing fantastic! I wanna share that I have started Phase 2 (Purpose and meaning) I am loving this part very much, I am happy I have found my life mission, and now I am also aware, that there are some parts of me that need support in order for me to become my best self. I would like to know, how do you stay consistent to become your best self? How does structure look like for you? How do you structure your days to be productive and also prioritize rest to give your fullest? Thank you so much :)

Im not an expert at all. So wouldnt take my advice to literal. I use the 6 minute journal to set up my day. Will attach a picture of how a page look. I really enjoy the morning part. I do tend to forget the evening one.. Still starting your morning with things you’re grateful for and how you plan to make the day great (aka align with your best self) I find to really beneficial. All in all I think it’s just being honest with yourself of what you’re capable of. Some days how I plan to make my day great is really simple, like going outside for a walk ect. Because when I’m doing the exercise I’m checking in with myself and my current capacity. Some days I sense that I just need some more rest and others I’m more capable of accomplishing more. I think it’s hard to plan in rest it’s something you have to regulate to your needs. Still I think you’ll benefit from just having one sacred evening or so to just do something without having an expectation of an result. Every Tuesday my mom and I sit down to be create crepe flowers and watch a show that gets released that day every week. Some times you never noticed how much you actually needed that downtime. Hope that helped💫

I’m curious to know what your mission is, if you don’t mind sharing🫶🏼
I need your help... 🙏
Hey everybody, I just finished Pillar one (Practicing self-acceptance). I gotta say I'm amazed with this part, it has been my favorite, I feel so light now that I am practicing self-acceptance, and it's been a game changer in my life. I would love to hear any empowering beilifs you use when you catch yourself procrastinating!? At the moment life has become too busy and full of long working shifts, that the moment I have a break, I just want to sleep or scroll on social media. (So lately I have been procrastinating a bit too much) Thank you very much :)

“Action creates momentum.” – I remind myself that just starting, even with a tiny step, makes the next step easier. Something just doing something the require little to no effort like folding a few tshirts is enough to get me out of the couch and get the ball rolling and all of the sudden finding me computer and start the task doesn’t seem so big of an effort. “I am someone who follows through.” – Shifting my identity to someone who takes action helps me break through hesitation. “Future me will thank me for this.” – I picture how relieved and proud I’ll feel once the task is completed. Or “What would future me do in the situation?” - because what you do today is what compounds into the future and makes out the future you. Used to this when I didn’t wanted to brush my teeth. I bit embarrassing to amid, but it helped a lot. “How would I feel after” - when we procrastinate it’s typically doing something that feels good in the moment, but down the line we know it’s not really benefiting us. So having the realization of this helps me. Hope that helps🙌🏼

Hello fellow thinkers and do'ers!🌟 I assume that you, as I do, find yourself on this journey of making progress and getting closer to the life you want to live, often comes across short bits of wisdom that really make an impact on you. 🕊️ Perhaps they change your perspective on an important matter, or simply remind you of something you once learned.. but no matter matter if new or reminders, these ideas are amazing at making complex ideas more understandable redirecting us to get closer to where we want to go. ⛰️ ➡️ And therefore, there isn't a day I am not grateful for coming across a quote or idea that helps me realign with my goals and aspirations – and therefore... I would love to hear some of the quotes or principles that has had the biggest impact on your through your journey so far? 🙌🏼 Any phrase or idea that has changed your perspective or beliefs, gotten you closer to the life you wish to live in any way or simply comes to mind when reading this.. 💭 Any insights and ideas are welcomed! 📌 PS.. This isn’t quite a quote and more of a realization. Your energy is better spend in a positive way than used by negative emotions. The energy gets used either way, so you not choose to react in a positive spirit instead💫

@Tristan Gregoire I believe it’s a muscle you train - catching yourself complaining and then trying to come up with a positive perspective on the thing. In my study group at uni we have this agreement that if you complain about something you have to mention 3 positive things. It helps to create a positive energy, that makes school way more enjoyable and we have a more everything is possible approach I have noticed. So making the same deal with people around is a great place to start, because it sometimes can be difficult to spot our negative thought patterns.
