šŸŽ Some Don't Finish What They Start (And What To Do About It)
Here’s one of the hardest parts about automating a community-led course or funnel: šŸ‘‰ Some people don’t finish what they start. It’s not always their fault. Life gets in the way . Shiny objects show up. Or they just lose steam. So if you're trying to build a warm, automated community that sells for you...You can't just drop people into content and hope they stay. You need something that pulls them forward. That’s where the unlocking mechanism comes in. Sometimes it’s a reward. Sometimes it’s access. Sometimes it’s just a clever ā€œonly if you finish thisā€ moment that triggers curiosity and momentum. And it doesn’t just help them… It helps you, too. When you build in: āœ… A reason to finish āœ… A clear milestone to reach āœ… A survey or reflection moment at the end …you start collecting gold. Insight. Feedback. Testimonials. Even sales signals—on autopilot. So if you’re building your own system (like we do here at Base Camp), ask yourself: What’s the unlocking moment at the end of my course or funnel? What makes someone want to reach it? Because the ones who finish? They become your buyers. Your biggest fans. Your proof it works. — Let me know if you want help structuring your own unlocking mechanism. It’s easier than you think—and it changes everything. šŸ’”

@Tony Tovar yes, I see that. Thank you.
This Might Be Your Finest Hour...
In May 1940, Winston Churchill stepped into chaos. France was collapsing. Hitler was moving fast. Britain stood on the edge of invasion. Inside Churchill’s own cabinet, people urged him to negotiate peace. Find a deal. Play it safe. Even his allies weren’t fully convinced. But Churchill didn’t flinch. He knew the moment demanded more than strategy. It required courage. Conviction. Vision. And later, he captured that belief in one powerful quote: ā€œTo each, there comes in their lifetime a special moment when they are figuratively tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do something unique to them...what a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared or unqualified for that which could have been their finest hour.ā€ That wasn’t a line for history books. That was a challenge—for all of us. Because while you're not leading a country through war, you are standing in a moment of your own. You’ve been tapped. You now understand what most people never will, how real movement happens. What drives action. How to lead someone from hesitation to decision… without pressure, without force, and without pretending to be someone you’re not. Now it’s your turn to build. To speak. To offer. To lead. Not perfectly. Not loudly. But clearly. You don’t need more tips. You need to trust the fire that brought you here…and take the next step in your voice. And when you do? Don’t stop there. Because just like you needed someone to show you the way…someone out there is waiting for you to do the same. Your prospects. Your students. The people watching quietly, wondering if it’s safe to try. Give them what I’m giving you now: Permission. Permission to act before they feel ready. Permission to do it their way. Permission to make this their moment. This isn’t just about your finest hour. It’s about helping someone else find theirs too.

šŸ”„Campfire Chat: So You May Lack Nothing...
I once sat with a guy named Jesse Elder—speaker, entrepreneur, mentor to many. And something he said struck me: ā€œMost of what I’ve learned came from reading the Bible, even as an unbeliever.ā€ That shocked me. Because whether you believe or not, some truths are impossible to ignore. Here’s one from Paul to the church in Thessalonica: ā€œAnd that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.ā€ā€” 1 Thessalonians 4:11–12 (KJV) This isn’t about reading in silence. It’s not about hiding from the world. It’s a call to focus. To study with purpose, not endlessly, but so you can do the work with clarity and confidence. To stop chasing and start building. To grow, not just by learning from books or videos, but by actually doing the thing, day in and day out. Because the goal of study isn’t to stay a student forever. It’s to become so grounded in your craft that the noise doesn’t shake you anymore. šŸ‘‰ That’s when mastery begins. šŸ‘‰ That’s when momentum builds. šŸ‘‰ That’s when the outside noise stops (shiny object syndrome) And if you’ve been bouncing from idea to idea… Waiting to feel ā€œreadyā€ā€¦ Or hoping the next funnel, coach, or strategy will finally be it… Here’s your permission to stop. STOP BUILDING HALF BUILT BRIDGES! Study to be quiet (paying no attention to the external noise). Do your work. Make it your own. And stick with it long enough to become a master of it. Because those who do? They lack nothing. You’ve got what you need. You just need to build it. Let’s go. šŸ‘‡Need help locking in your formula and building out your system? Drop me a DM and let’s get your next move clear.

Solid advice here. Thanks for sharing this.
🪵 The Offer Totem Pole Checkpoint 🚩
(Just one for now—keep it simple.) 1. Pick one of the five forces (future, fear, failure, fallacy, and the overall feeling of frustration) that I talked about in the video and let us know what aspect of your current offer meets that force head on. 2. If you have a course, tell us more about it to get more context. Drop that info below in a commentšŸ”„ P.S. You never know, you may find that one of your camp buddies needs your help! šŸŽ‰

For me it would be more on the fears and frustrations. I don't have a course designed at this stage.
