Hi my name is Alison I started C25K when I was 59 now 63 never run in my life before this. I have done a few 10k races but not run much further. I found I liked running & joined a running club which made me feel very welcome. Then last Feb I started having problems with one hip ( hip Bursa) so 7 months of not running had phyisio & exercise to do, it did improve so I started to run again. Now I find it difficult to run as hip still not right & I find I am running a lot slower than I did (but I don't run fast any way)😊. So hoping I will get advise how I can move forwards with my running. Thankyou for reading my post
