Stressful day today…
Everything just seemed to go wrong today. Had 3 live sessions in my diary, ballsed up the 3rd as Rose had an emergency…feel like I’m living on my adrenals today…like I can literally feel it.
Just asked my bot for some support…now I’m off to bed, and will do a meditation/relaxation and have a bit of a recovery lie in tomorrow
