Hope to see you inside.🚀 Meeting Overview - Thursday Implementation session focused on ChatGPT automations - Goal: optimize business with AI for more time/freedom ChatGPT Tools & Setup - Recommended apps: ChatGPT + MindPal for AI agent workflows - MindPal more intuitive than most apps for building agents - All participants on ChatGPT paid plan ($20/month) Use Cases and Implementation: Scheduling & Reminder Features - ChatGPT can set reminders via voice or text commands - Reminders appear in app notifications and email - Settings → Schedules → Manage to view/edit all reminders - Some glitches reported with excessive notifications - Can repeat reminders daily/weekly/monthly Email & Calendar Automation - Andrea’s use case: auto-add continuing education courses to calendar - ChatGPT agent can search Gmail for upcoming events - Can create daily/weekly summaries of registered activities - Privacy consideration: avoid using with confidential client emails Agent Integration Setup - Connect apps via ChatGPT: Plus button → More → Explore Apps - Available integrations: Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Notion, Asana - Mobile app vs web version differences noted - Gmail connection enables email sending/searching capabilities Zoom Meeting Analysis - Connect Zoom to pull meeting notes and summaries - Can analyze multiple past meetings with specific people - Provides action items, next steps, and insights - Suggests questions that should have been asked - Can organize by client in separate projects
