When you cannot unwind (and a reminder). If your body doesn't know how to downshift at the end of the day... Try this (and why not, right now?) Let your jaw go soft... don't force it; simply allow. Feel the weight of your hands. Breathe out slowly through your mouth, like you're fogging a mirror. Try that three times. That's a nervous system reset. It's small, and it works. woah. I noticed my focus shifted out of my mind and the never-ending reel of things I have to do into the present moment. All of a sudden I noticed a plant in front of me, my body release... followed by a big yawn.

Hi friends! I thought it might be fun to get to know each other (and especially welcome our new members) by doing a little favorite song roll call. Drop your all-time favorite track or something you’ve had on repeat lately in the comments 👇 I don’t know about you, but something has really shifted for me over the past week. There’s this sense of expansion on the horizon, especially with summer approaching, and I can feel that energy starting to build. Whenever I’m in that inspired space, I turn to music. Adjusting to a partner's mental decline
Has anyone in the group found help from yoga nidra to adjust to a partner'a mental decline? My beloved husband seems to be getting worse by the day. I am finding it very difficult and am looking for suggestions of particular yoga nidras that might help. Thank you.
