I'm looking forward to this Immersion Event to reconnect with my body and my breath in a guided practice. Indeed I would like to leave that space reminded of how easy it is to sit down and connect with your body and your nervous system through breath. And how even when you don't know much about breathwork or any sort of specific breathing practices, you can intuitively tune into your body and follow the guide of the breath to give you what you most need in that moment. 💖

This week we’re doing a simple 5-day breath awareness challenge. Each day take just a few moments to notice your breath in a different situation and drop a comment below sharing what you noticed. I'm Aliénor, currently joining from beautiful Croatia but leaving soon for new horizons! Yoga has allowed me to connect more profoundly with the power of pranayamas and at the end of 2023 a difficult breakup highlighted the need for deep somatic work. I'm currently working with my therapist on a trauma amnesia which is only reinforcing even more how much my body and my soul craves for somatic work and for accessible tools that can help regulate my nervous system on a daily basis. My intention is to keep learning and better understanding how trauma is stored in the body and how somatic breathwork can help release it and soothe the nervous system. As a holistic coach I know these tools will also be powerful for my clients. I'm looking forward to connect with you all and keep healing from the heart. And keep building meaningful connections from the heart, while learning from someone I truly admire. Thank you for having me here. 💖
