Night owl. Regularly get out of the gym slightly past closing time 😁

@Gabriel Grossmann you have to push yourself just to get in and start, the body realizes it's not rest time yet within 10-15 mins and you literally get back to life. Falling asleep after that might be an issue though 😁
Weight update 💪🏼 Started with 93,3kg this week 👀
I almost don't want to tell you about it, but maybe it will help you stick with it long-term. I'm currently eating 3,350 calories and losing over half a kilo a week. Of course, it goes faster in the first few days of a diet because you lose water and glycogen stores. Before I explain, why do you think I lose weight with so many calories? 🧐

Depends on your daily expenditure, seems it's above the 3350. Don't know you're height, but the expenditure formula contains activity level, i.e. your hours in the gym, so if they are many it just means you burn a lot each day?
Guys, how many calories do you eat currently?🤔
It can be super individual and you will notice that everyone has different needs.

@Aaron Schoening that was not a complaint. I'm enjoying my scale numbers right now just as much 😜

@Paul Hicks 😱 That sounds harsh!
Body and it‘s symptoms
What I‘ve learned lately, your body can sometimes show really weard symptoms. Especially in a caloric deficit. Sometimes your weight can increase out of nowhere or you have a bloated feeling. Even your mind can trick you and tells you that you‘re getting fat or super flat. I‘ve experienced this a lot and I did the wrong choices in the past. But if you‘re being consistent and also ignore those short term fluctuations, you will be just fine. And knowing that now, makes it much essier to be chill and just trusting the process 📉 💪🏻🔥😊

Yeah, fluctuations are just normal. Mine even tend to be regular - on a specific day and for a specific number of days. But that seems to be a glitch in the matrix... or maybe it's just rest days 🙃
Why do you train?
I'm interested to know the main reason why you train.

I decided I'd stop tricking myself a few years ago - since then it's mainly for how I look 😁 I mean, there are a lot of things that follow that - the fact that I like what I see in the mirror brings some confidence (and I think influences in part how others perceive me). The health and general feeling well is also something that I like having as a result of training, then the fatigue after a workout, and kind of "meditation time" regularly in the gym where I'm not poked by anyone - all those are things that I enjoy, but again, they feel more of a good consequence to the major goal 😊
