I decided I'd stop tricking myself a few years ago - since then it's mainly for how I look ๐ I mean, there are a lot of things that follow that - the fact that I like what I see in the mirror brings some confidence (and I think influences in part how others perceive me). The health and general feeling well is also something that I like having as a result of training, then the fatigue after a workout, and kind of "meditation time" regularly in the gym where I'm not poked by anyone - all those are things that I enjoy, but again, they feel more of a good consequence to the major goal ๐
