It's definitely fun, but not ideal.
Why do you train?
I'm interested to know the main reason why you train.

Sport has always been a part of my life. I was lucky to grow up in a very sporty family who always supported me. Today, it's not about competition anymore, maybe just with myself. For me, the most important thing is the health aspect. That includes both physical and mental benefits.I think it's fascinating how sport can have a positive effect in so many areas. Sport is simply my passion.

Currently 185g per day. Around 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight.
Making progress
I had the first push day of my brand new split today and the chest pump was feeling on point. I've been having problems with my chest exercises for a while since I am prone to getting pain in my left shoulder. This has caused me to have pretty inconsistent chest exercises, but I've been trying to improve my form and mind-muscle connection over the past few months with the help of Rafael and Aaron and things have been getting better. My chest is something that I really want to develop for my goal physique so the progress feels great. Today there was almost no shoulder pain and I've been really noticing the growth lately. There is still much more progress to make but I'm excited to share the journey so far with you all.

Did you also include mobility training?

Good idea to get that checked out. I wish you all the best. I’d really recommend doing some mobility, especially for the shoulder. Aaron and Rafael can definitely recommend one or two exercises for you.
Welcome 💪🏼
For all who are joining, it would be nice if you could introduce you🫡 Also in German

First of all, thank you to Aaron and Rafael for the chance to connect and learn with people who share the same passion. Because of my own health history and my love for sports, especially the gym, I am proud to say that I turned my hobby into my job. With my education and studies in health management, I also help and motivate others to take control of their own health. I got to know and appreciate Rafael and Aaron through work, and I’m really glad to be part of this community now. I also hope that I can support and help some of you along the way.
