I remember years ago, when following Darren Hardy (Success Magazine and The Compound Effect) and attending his trainings, he referred to what high-achievers (including the best in the world) did to set themselves apart and grow their businesses to new heights. They were able to identify the one thing, the action, that they needed to focus on and execute above all else, so their business/organization would grow.
