Why Some Offers Sell Instantly (And Others Feel Like a Grind)
Ever notice how some offers feel effortless to sell... while others require endless explaining, convincing, and follow-ups? That gap usually isn’t about traffic, copy, or pricing. It’s about offer structure. I just released Episode 11 of my Fueling The Marketing Mind newsletter on LinkedIn, and it dives into something every online seller eventually bumps into: People don’t hesitate because they need more information. They hesitate because they don’t feel confident in the decision. That’s where a well-built offer stack changes everything. If it's okay, I'd love to share the high-level overview with you here... "The 5 Layers of a High-Converting Offer Stack" High-converting offers aren’t louder. They’re clearer. Here’s the structure behind offers that feel easy to say yes to: 1. Core Transformation What problem is fully resolved after success? If this isn’t compelling, nothing else matters. 2. Accelerators Elements that make results feel faster or easier. Use templates, systems, guided workflows, AI support. 3. Risk Reducers Anything that neutralizes fear before it turns into hesitation. Use guarantees, clarity, support, transparency. 4. Identity Enhancers People buy into who they are becoming. This layer creates pride, belonging, and momentum. 5. Proof & Signals Visible reassurance that this works. Use stories, results, authority, social validation. When these layers align, selling stops feeling pushy. The structure does the heavy lifting. "Designing Your Own Offer Stack" If you sell online and want cleaner conversions, try this: - Start with the end result, not the deliverables - Identify the fears slowing decisions - Stack only what resolves those fears - Cut anything that creates confusion - Price in a way that signals seriousness and follow-through Great offers don’t pressure people into buying. They help people recognize that moving forward already makes sense. We aren’t allowed to share external links here, but I still wanted you to get a chance to read the full breakdown and I'm interested in your feedback. So I’ve attached Episode 11 as a PDF below.

@Christopher Friesen well right now I'm in the middle of relaunching my marketing consultancy firm but we're in Phase 1. This weekend I should have what I'm calling an "Under Construction" funnel up and running with a survey funnel, where I'm running a Deep Dive survey to better understand my target market's needs (#1 single biggest marketing challenge right now etc). My focus is on helping founders, entrepreneurs and other marketers build high-margin profit-focused systems. I'll be publishing digital marketing trainings, courses, a coaching program and allowing those who want hands-on integration to apply to work with our business. I developed a framework for digital marketing that I think simplifies the whole scope of it and it's the backbone of everything I'm building. I have one product ready to go and a list of others I'm trying to finish up before the year is over. I know this is already a lot and I'm not sure how you can help but I'm open to any help available lol To be honest: I have quite a bit I want to execute but I'm itching to introduce my framework to the world through like an "Invisible Funnel" Masterclass. I've given myself a lot of tasks and big picture, they're important but while I don't want to run before I'm walking, I know I have something valuable that I'm sitting on and I don't want to make anymore excuses for why I haven't pulled the trigger.

@Christopher Friesen ok we are on to something here. I found your response incredibly valuable and two things stuck out heavily for me: 1. You designed an AI to help coach men through relational situations. That's amazing. I have already mapped out a plan for building marketing consultant AI that could be mine and I kinda know how to build it but in truth, I've never done it before and would love to know how you went about doing that. 2. Designing assessments. I think I could bounce what I already have off of you to see what you think and maybe there are benefits to phase 1 and phase 2 of what I'm doing with my survey funnel. Phase 1 of my survey funnel will produce an Insight Snapshot of where the person is but it won't send them to like a micro-bucket sales page specifically designed based on what they need (that comes in phase 2). Phase 1 I'm just trying to gain a better understanding and use their insights to build those offers but I do have it mapped to put them in buckets based on the answers to one pivotal question in the survey. So I'm still segmenting them and giving them a snapshot of where they are. Each bucket will have a specific email follow-up sequence which is moderately different but still structured the same and then in my current design it goes into a waitlist funnel after the email follow-up sequence because I don't have the product finished yet. This is my current thinking and where I'm at in the process. I would love a fresh set of eyes on the current Insight Snapshots and what a deeper assessment could look like.
Inception Secrets (Some Copywriting Hacks)
Hey Prime Movers... So, a few days ago I posted the link to my "Star, Story, Solution" training, and you guys LOVED IT (thanks for all the positive comments - it made me what to find a lot more GOLD for you guys!)... As I'm preparing for the Selling Online event, I found another gem from the past. It was a copywriting presentation I did in a small hotel room, with some of the top marketers in the world, 2 years before we launched ClickFunnels. The premise of the video is, how do you create 'inception' in the mind of your reader, so that it becomes their idea to buy from you (instead of you selling them anything). Check it out, and let me know your thoughts about it (but more importantly, how you can use any of these principles in your emails, ads, webinars, etc...) Thanks! I hope you love it!
