Would anyone be interested in having a zoom meeting to chat rent by room? If so, I am on Pacific Time. I am free most weekdays after 6pm and every other weekend except for 12:30 - 3:30 on Sundays. :) If it goes well and people want to keep it going, we could make it a regular thing.

I have a traditional single family home in Dayton OH. , It's currently vacant as the last tenant has left. How can i be sure that converting it into a Rent-By-Room makes sense? Its not huge, but it's a 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom at the moment and has a basement. Thank you All!
