I have 3: 1- take care of my body more. Keep my back strong, drink less alcohol (and more water) and stay active, just a little bit every day. 2- be more efficient with my online work. Stock footage, YouTube, personal work; treat it like work. Start it and finish it to make more time for my life that isn’t work. Which brings me to my next point 3- allow my self to enjoy time off. It’s taken me 36 years to figure out that I’m allowed to do nothing sometimes. Play with my son more. Go on more trips and not feel guilty. Spend time with my partner. Doesn’t have to be grandiose but it has to be guilt free 🙏✌️
