The Return of MMA Shea: My First MMA Fight Since 2024
This weekend I will be making my return back to the cage for my first ever fight overseas. I will be fighting a Judo black belt with a record of 5-2 in the co main event of the show. The show is the biggest show in the Canary Islands and I am very much looking forward to it. In this video I go into detail about my weight cut, my opponent, the gameplan and my prediction for the fight. I am looking forward to bringing back the victory to the Size & Violence community. I am here to try and do us all proud and motivate all the young fighters to take their chances in the future too, or even re motivate the fighters in here who are more experienced than myself to make the return also. Only a little bit of weight to come off and then it's flight time boys! Oss 🥋

Level of anxiety when entering a match?
I an some of our brothers are just starting to learn to fight and not sparring or battling in any matches yet. However, many of us have been training for years, possibly, and have been in sparring matches and fights in the cage. As a beginner in boxing and soon to be kickboxing, when you are about to enter a match, do you feel anxiety, excitement, both and does it matter who you are battling with if your opponent is bigger, smaller, more or less skilled, or any other reason? I am curious to know so I and our less experienced brothers can plan to enter fights more confidently and with less anxiety, if at all. If our brothers @Shea Hammond @Eyal Farber @Nataniel Mikkelborg and any of our other brothers who battle would share with us, we would greatly appreciate this? 🙏🏻

in my personal experience, I don’t feel any pressure when I’m getting ready for the fight, but as soon as my name is called I usually have to spit my mouth piece to throw up, however once I see my opponent standing in front of me all kind of fear ends and the only thing I feel or think about is the present moment. Fear is a normal thing, everybody has it, but going against it is what makes bravery

Brothers, I thought I recorded two videos on my training today but only have one, so here it is. I am making small improvements every day.
