Congrats to Maria!! She's had a couple 1-1 sessions with me but doing EXACTLY what I'm teaching you in the MindGym FREE. Crazy thing is that she hasn't PB'ed for 2 years. Time out of the pool
Hi everyone I am writing this post because recently my pool has been closed because of something wrong with the lighting and a gala was cancelled on Sunday sadly because of it. Thankfully we got to train yesterday at a different pool but our pool might not open till next week and they arent running any sessions this week and thats not good coming up to Counties. My dad said we could go training at a pool near us but I wont be able to do the amount of hours I normally do so does anyone have any drills I could do at home that will help when I get back into the pool.
