VA Raise

How do I determine what a good raise is for my VA? She is currently making $6.50 per hour and I want to give her a raise but don't know how to figure this out. Thanks!

Hey wonderful leaders. I have been thinking of you this am and first want to express my gratitude for all the effort you have put into your businesses. It matters to many that you care. QUICK QUESTION: How much time do you spend in your email per week? Estimates are fine. Secondly, I have been developing a new system for VAs that will help you offload your email and calendar. Similar to Norene, I'm deleting junk throughout the day as I'm able & then spending more dedicated time before/after patient care handling the legit emails. Probably at least 2 hours/day.

Happy Friday! Pics of Japan

All of you guys have a fantastic weekend! I just got back from a two week trip to Japan. Here's some pictures from that trip. It took me two hours when I got back into town to clean up my emails and pending tasks thanks to my team of VAs.

@Will Humphreys Nice! Kyoto is definitely on my list of places I still need to explore. I was mostly in & around the Tokyo area - I spent two different summers in Japan as an exchange student. Visiting or hiking Mt. Fuji is definitely worth it when you make it back.
