Day # 2 ā€œNiche Selectionā€ Goal & Story: It's better to actually know the niche, and then start building automations based on my niche. So I did that. Duy bui post recommended going into niches with high paperwork. As they pay more. But I am surrounded with fears, like what if I fail to protect a client's hospital patients data, and end up in jail?! I know it sounds crazy but I want no threats as i am the only hope for my dad after he has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and his work mainly being a work done in sitting position. I hear his ache in his sad face. So, I am thinking that I should pivot from healthcare to oline mentorship, but Chatgpt said, it's more competitive. Ok, i think i need to tell my brain that we for now won’t be handling client’s patients sensitive info. We will only make normal, simple automations like scheduling, and stuff like that. I think I need to calm my brain. Help Needed: 1# Can someone with experience please reassure me that it's safe to go in the healthcare niche. 2# Since it has high revenue potential, I will still be going in this niche. Is my idea good? Learned: Knowing my niche is better than going general and trying build automation in general terms. Tomorrow Task: ā€œReassure myself with the HealthCare niche & build 1 valuable simple automationā€. Day # 2; ā€œSuccessfully Completed But with Doubtsā€

Day # 3 ā€œ Random Works’ Goals & story: Today, I kinda feel a bit ashamed for actually NOT building the automation, I said I will yesterday but today was more of a celebration over a background task. I think sometimes it's ok to slow down a bit & not to do exactly what you should have. Taking a light break will make sure you are more ready to crush tomorrow. I did other stuff like, signing up on PDF vector & some other background tasks. I will be more recharged, for tomorrow i guess! (Even though it's actually my day off tomorrow, I am thinking of still working… Well I will. Discipline beats motivation & these sacrifices will all be worth it. ) Lesson: - Its ok to slow down some days.Ā  - Discipline beats motivation boosts.Ā  Held needed: Not yet. Tomorrow: ā€œBuild automation related to my niche problemā€
My Exact Tech Stack for Document Automation (Total Cost: $36/month)
Stop drowning in tool options. Here's exactly what I use for every client: THE CORE STACK: **Automation Platform: n8n** - Why: Self-hosted option = one-time cost - Alternative: Make.com ($9/month) - Beginner option: Zapier (free tier) **PDF Processing: PDF Vector** - Why: Handles everything - OCR, tables, handwriting - Free tier: 100 pages/month - Paid: $16/month unlimited - Alternative: Docparser ($30+ but limited) **Storage: Google Drive** - Everyone has it - Clients understand it - Free for most use cases **Communication: Loom** - Free for 25 videos - Perfect for demos - Clients love video explanations **Contracts: PandaDoc** - Free tier works fine - Looks professional - E-signatures included TOTAL: $36/month (or free if you're smart) WHAT THIS STACK DELIVERS: Week 1 Client (Dentist): - Patient forms → Practice management - 30 forms/day automated - Their savings: $2,400/month - My fee: $1,500 + $150/month Week 3 Client (Contractor): - Permits/invoices → QuickBooks - 50 documents/day automated - Their savings: $4,000/month - My fee: $2,200 + $250/month Week 6 Client (School): - Enrollment forms → Database - 100 applications/week automated - Their savings: $3,600/month - My fee: $1,900 + $200/month THE BEGINNER TRAP TO AVOID: Don't buy every tool mentioned in YouTube videos. I wasted $400/month on: - Premium AI tools (not needed) - Enterprise platforms (overkill) - Multiple PDF tools (redundant) - Fancy databases (unnecessary) Start minimal. Upgrade when clients pay for it. PRO TIP: Week 1: Use all free tiers Week 2: First client pays for tools Week 3: Profit THE SETUP CHECKLIST: ā–” Sign up for automation tool (start free) ā–” Get PDF Vector free tier ā–” Connect Google Drive ā–” Install Loom ā–” Create PandaDoc account Time to setup: 37 minutes Time to first billable project: Same day What's stopping you from setting this up right now?

šŸŽ‰ 200 Members - This Is Just The Beginning
We just hit 200 members and I'm honestly blown away. When I started this 2 weeks ago with ZERO members, I just wanted to help a few people land their first automation client. But look what YOU'VE built: āœ… Some members already booked discovery calls āœ… 40+ valuable posts shared āœ… Members helping members daily āœ… Real templates being tested and improved The best part? This isn't my community anymore - it's OURS. Special shoutout to: - Everyone who shares their REAL journey (struggles included) - Those answering questions before I even see them - Members posting daily accountability updates What's next: - Launching more page in the n8n templates course - Member spotlight features - First success story case studies coming To the first 200: You're building something special here. When we hit 1,000, you'll always be the ones who believed first. Let's keep going. Your first client is closer than ever šŸš€ What's been your biggest win so far? Drop it below! šŸ‘‡

well my biggest win so far is "i got the best tool, self hosting n8n" (from your advice! thanks), and i self hosted n8n"... may be small for someone but huge for someone who was trying to open laptop from the other (closing) sidešŸ˜‚. Anyway, I am thinking of documenting daily life... like what today happened, and lessons if have one... hmm, let me know if thats a good idea... why not guys, just share progress to each other? which will not only motivate us but give us some fun too with silly mistakes?☺

Where to Find Clients Who'll Pay Today (Not in 6 Months)
Forget cold outreach. Find businesses in active pain. THE DESPERATION SIGNALS: **Job Boards** (Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist): Search: "data entry" + your city They're literally paying someone to copy-paste Your message: "Saw your data entry posting. What if you never had to hire for this again?" **Facebook Groups**: "[City] Small Business Owners" "[Industry] Professionals Network" Look for: "Does anyone know..." "I'm drowning in..." "Help needed with..." **Google Maps**: Search: Accountants, Dentists, Law firms, Clinics Check reviews for: "Slow paperwork" "Long wait times" "Disorganized" These are automation goldmines **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** (free trial): Filter: Small business, Posted in last 30 days Keywords: "overwhelmed" "manual process" "hiring admin" They're screaming for help **Your existing network**: That dentist you go to Your accountant Your gym owner The local restaurant owner They ALL have document problems MY BEST CLIENT SOURCES: 1. Job boards: 2 clients ($2,400) 2. Local Facebook: 6 clients ($3,200) 3. Direct referrals: 5 clients ($10,500) 4. LinkedIn: 4 clients ($3,200) 5. Google Maps: 3 clients ($2,100) THE DESPERATION TEST: Ask: "How many hours per day on paperwork?" If they say 2+ hours = DESPERATE If they're hiring for it = EXTREMELY DESPERATE If they're complaining publicly = SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY REAL EXAMPLE: Found this Indeed post last month: "Admin Assistant - Data Entry Focus - $18/hour" Messaged business owner: "Saw you're hiring for data entry. What if I could eliminate that position entirely?" Response in 2 hours. Demo on Thursday. Closed Friday. $1,900 setup + $200/month. They saved $3,120/month. YOUR ACTION PLAN: 1. Pick ONE source above 2. Find 10 desperate businesses 3. Send the 9-word message 4. Report back here First to book a call gets my demo script. Who's hunting today?

wow, what a great way!!!!!!!!! but i had a question ( alittle out of post topic concept though 😁) , "which tool is better for learning in free trial only, zapier or n8n"? (the reason: i only have free trials time in which i can learn how to build automation. complete beginner & have no money to invest in plans of softwares. so i am runnning completely free trial. so which one is better & cheaper? i havent got any clints yet. i am a beginner but built ym first simple automation already!).

The 5 Mistakes That Killed My First 10 Pitches
Every failure cost me $2,000. Here's how to skip the pain: MISTAKE #1: Talking Tech Instead of Transformation āŒ What I said: "I'll build an n8n workflow with PDF parsing API integration..." āœ… What works: "Your invoices will enter themselves while you sleep" The client doesn't care about your tools. They care about their Tuesday being easier. MISTAKE #2: Generic Demos āŒ What I did: Showed same demo to everyone āœ… What works: Use THEIR actual documents Spent 2 hours building perfect generic demo. Lost to guy who spent 10 minutes with their real invoice. MISTAKE #3: Pricing by Time āŒ My math: "2 hours Ɨ $50 = $100" āœ… Right math: "Saves 40 hours/month Ɨ $25 = $1,000 value" Charged dentist $200 for form automation. He told me later: "Would've paid $2,000" That's $1,800 I'll never get back. MISTAKE #4: Overcomplicating Solutions āŒ What I built: AI-powered intelligent document processing system āœ… What they needed: PDF → Spreadsheet My complex solution: 2 weeks, couldn't explain it Simple solution: 2 hours, closed immediately MISTAKE #5: Waiting for Perfect āŒ What I thought: Need portfolio, testimonials, certifications āœ… Reality: Just needed to solve one problem Waited 6 months to be "ready" Lost $30,000 in potential revenue My first client didn't ask for any credentials THE EXPENSIVE LESSONS: From Law Firm Loss: Quoted $5,000 for "enterprise solution" Competitor charged $1,500 for basic automation Guess who won? From Restaurant Disaster: Built before asking budget Spent 10 hours on features they didn't want They paid competitor for simpler solution From Clinic Nightmare: Promised 100% accuracy Couldn't deliver Lost client + reputation Should've promised 95% + human review THE TURNAROUND: Once I fixed these: - Next 10 pitches: 7 closed - Average deal: $1,750 - Total time: 30 hours - Revenue: $12,250 Your mistakes don't have to cost $20,000 like mine. Which one are you making right now?
