I recently posted about how I develop websites at the moment and after a busy week, I made some good progress: Finally the OCR service is live! 🎉 It was my first n8n workflow I build last year, and now I have a web service that handles it. I'm curious to hear how you build your website or a website for clients. Lovable? Manus? Bolt? GoHighLevel? Codex? Claude Code? something else? 🤔

You may have heard about Fable. It was released, banned, restricted and re-published again. Available for a few more days in Claude‘s paid plans. Have you tried it? Have you build something with it? What would you do with a powerful AI model, so you get closer to the first client or the next client?

Lovable was my go to website builder since they had a free promo a while ago. I build my business website, a kids landing page and four educational web games with it. I synced it with GitHub, moved it to my VPS and brought it online. After figuring everything out, I was really happy and proud to make it happen. I do have a dev background, but not with linux servers and not with websites. Zero. Now I was building another game, a racing game, these days. Of course with Lovable, but they changed the way the platform works and this no longer works for me and my setup. So, I'm officially done with it as I'm not gonna pay my way out. Fable fixed the game today, and I did the small adjustments, so it looks and works as the other games. I was really happy that the small things like the image, the path, the variables matched - and not through the help of AI, but because I felt comfortable enough to step in where Lovable went off and left the good old path.
