Linkedin doubt
Hi everyone! Recently, my man Duy Bui had posted about a LI method in which he searched for posts with certain keywords. But I had a problem: how exactly should I search for the posts if I work for a certain niche? For example lets say I work for medspas, so should I do a Boolean search like "Invoice problems medspas"? What exactly should be the format of my search phrase? Cheers!

@Matthias Schweiker Yes I am trying this.
Messaged 27 People. Got 4 Replies. Signed 1 Client for $1,800. 🔥
I had no portfolio. No testimonials. Zero experience. Here is the exact outreach that landed my first paying client. THE SEARCH: LinkedIn. Posts filter. Past week. Searched: "drowning in invoices" Found an operations manager at a construction company complaining about invoice data entry. THE MESSAGE I SENT: "Hey [Name], saw your post about invoice headaches. I built a system that extracts invoice data automatically - no more manual typing. Takes about 30 seconds per invoice instead of 10 minutes. Want to see a quick demo?" 33 words. No pitch. Just possibility. THE RESPONSE (4 HOURS LATER): "Yes, how does it work?" THE DEMO: Jumped on a 15-minute Zoom. Asked him to send me one of his actual invoices. Ran it through my workflow live. Data extracted in 8 seconds. His reaction: "Wait, that actually worked?" THE CLOSE: "I can set this up for your team. $1,800 setup, $150 monthly to keep it running and handle any issues." Him: "When can you start?" THE MATH: 27 messages sent over 3 days 4 replies (15% response rate) 2 discovery calls booked 1 signed client Revenue: $1,800 setup + $150/month THE LESSON: You do not need 100 prospects. You need 1 yes. Find people complaining about document problems. Show them it is fixable. They will pay to make the pain stop. 📚 More templates in Github library. What pain point phrase will you search for on LinkedIn today?

I had a question @Duy Bui . Now linkedin has removed outreaches (via dms) for free users. I can't afford linkedin subscription, where I should outreach to be effective? There arevery low reply rates in other platforms. I honestly still cant find any proper platform to outreach on.

@Rishant Das Thanks for helping! I appreciate that! I tried searching for sending connection request option, but they have removed that option for Free users and I cant afford a premium one. I also asked AI and AI confirmed they have turned off that feature.
I Had No Portfolio. Here's How I Built One in a Weekend. 🔥
"Can you show me examples of your work?" Used to panic at this question. Now I have an answer. THE PROBLEM: No clients = No portfolio. No portfolio = No clients. Classic chicken and egg. THE SOLUTION: Built demo workflows using fake but realistic data. Total time: One weekend. Cost: $0. THE THREE DEMOS I BUILT: DEMO 1: Invoice Processing - Downloaded sample invoices from Google Images - Built workflow: Email trigger → Extract data → Output to spreadsheet - Recorded 60-second Loom showing it work DEMO 2: Form Processing - Used generic patient intake form template - Built workflow: PDF upload → Extract fields → Create database entry - Recorded 60-second Loom showing it work DEMO 3: Contract Extraction - Found sample contract from legal template site - Built workflow: Document → Key terms extracted → Summary generated - Recorded 60-second Loom showing it work THE PRESENTATION: When prospect asks for examples: "Here are 3 common automations I build. Let me show you the one closest to your situation." Play the Loom video. Let them see it work. Then offer to demo with THEIR actual document. THE PSYCHOLOGY: They do not need your past work. They need proof you CAN do the work. Working demos prove capability. THE CONFIDENCE BUILDER: After building 3 demos, I KNEW I could deliver. That confidence came through on calls. Prospects trust people who trust themselves. WHAT YOU NEED: - 3 sample documents (easily found online) - Free n8n or Make account - Free Loom account - 4-6 hours total time 📚 More templates in Github Which demo workflow will you build this weekend?

The Client Communication That Prevents 80% of Problems 🔥
Most client problems start with communication failure. Here is the system that prevents them. THE WEEKLY UPDATE: Every Monday, every client gets: "Weekly Update for [Client]: AUTOMATION STATUS: Running normally / Issue detected THIS WEEK'S PROCESSING: - Documents processed: [X] - Success rate: [X%] - Flagged for review: [X] ISSUES (if any): - [Description and resolution] UPCOMING: - [Any planned changes or maintenance] Questions? Reply here or message in Slack." Takes 2 minutes per client. Prevents hours of confusion. THE STATUS LEVELS: GREEN: All systems normal "Everything running smoothly. No action needed." YELLOW: Minor issue detected "Noticed [issue]. Already investigating. Will update by [time]." RED: Major issue "[System] is down. Working on fix. Manual workaround: [steps]. ETA for resolution: [time]." THE PROACTIVE ALERT: Do not wait for client to find problems. Bad: Client emails "Nothing processed today. What is wrong?" Good: You message "Heads up - processing delayed this morning due to [reason]. Already resolved. Backlog clearing now." THE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS: Slack: Quick questions, status updates Email: Formal documentation, contracts Call: Complex issues, quarterly reviews THE RESPONSE TIME COMMITMENTS: Slack: Within 2 hours during business hours Email: Within 24 hours Urgent issues: Within 1 hour THE ESCALATION PATH: Level 1: Message in Slack Level 2: Email with "urgent" in subject Level 3: Phone call (for true emergencies) THE DOCUMENTATION: Every issue gets documented: - Date and time - Issue description - Root cause - Resolution - Prevention steps Share summary with client. Shows professionalism. THE QUARTERLY REVIEW: Every 3 months, schedule 30-minute call: - Review processing statistics - Discuss any challenges - Identify optimization opportunities - Preview upcoming changes - Ask about their evolving needs THE AGENDA TEMPLATE: 1. Performance review (5 min) 2. Issues and resolutions (5 min)

@Peter Berta I am also very confused about this part. Like the automation worls 24/7 only if the automation was built in n8n cloud version. I am very confused about selling. Well, this is my first time hearing that , automation remains in your laptop (n8n) but the data the n8n works for, is your "clients" , but that shouldnt be illegla cuz its the onyl way to sell, right ?
