Speaking from experience, loving myself has been such a rollercoaster of a journey. However, it is so incredibly rewarding in the end and I’ve come to realize just how much it is entirely okay and a good thing to be SELFISH! I’m sure you guys have heard it before but I’ll say it again, YOU CANNOT POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP. You need to give to yourself firstly and truthfully more than anyone in your life (husbands, wives and kids included 🤣). So every month we as the HOTGYAL community will be doing our #ILoveMe challenge where each week you do one (JUST 1) thing that is solely for you and benefits only you. It can be big or small, it just needs to happen before the week is up! Check in under this post and let us know what you did for you each week! I’ll be taking the challenge as well because I refuse to neglect myself this year and this is a cute and fun little way to get into prioritizing myself! 💛✨

2026 is the year of Stepping into our Power & Setting Firm Boundaries! Tell me one thing you’re intending to commit to this year! For me, I’m gonna be the most disciplined version of myself and I’m starting with cutting out all sugary drinks. Only water all year lol! Wish me luck. It’s Day 3 and I’m going STRONG!

I love being here!!! But I need a bit of a boost to get winin' on the regular. Can anyone help join me? I want an accountability partner where we meet on WhatsApp and commit to coming to winin' school. 1. We check in on WhatsApp at an agreed time. 2. We each state our own choice of Winin' School that we want to do for the session. We come here and select one of Lunas classes and do it to completion. 3. We check in again on WhatsApp to say that we did it!!! 3 sessions a week to start. I really want to do this and I need some sisters to inspire commitment!!!!! I live in Southeast Asia, but I am willing to get up early and get moving. Anyone in????🌺💖🙏🏾🙌
