@Raheem Mcmillan if I’m understanding, our sectors are being kept open minded. Multifamily is our main sector but we’re open to storage, RV parks, mb communities as well. Whatever cash flows day one and provides great returns really

Hi Nick! Thank you for putting this together! Names Ajaydah, pronounced uh-jay-duh 😂. Interested and working towards multifamily syndication. Walked a 92 unit in North Atlanta this past Friday and hoping to send in an LOI sometime this week.
