Had Granola with medium sized apple in yogurt and chia seeds for breakfast. Walked 6200 steps so far. Will do light walk later too. 1 hour straight cardio and fat burn workout.
@Khadija Rehman Roasted oats with seeds like pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, flaxseeds , sesame seeds and dry roasted almonds , cashew nuts, walnuts (optional),pistachios etc or you can add any dry fruit of your choice. I roast all of them together with hunch of cinnamon powder and drizzle some honey for light sweetness.
