I get a bit anxious at meets so my form tends to break down a bit, but during practice I’ve been working on: 1. Getting my hips up and weight on my right through the half turn 2. Having a faster block leg 3. Not “scooping” the release 4. Keeping shoulders/arms up and trying to develop an orbit They were both in the 125-130 foot range What should I work on?
