Fracture?
40 years male patient with history of trauma to right middle finger 2 months back , I am not sure this is fracture or just bone protuberance from mid phalanx?

Fracture distal radius or accessory bone ?
Left wrist pain with history of trauma 1 year back. My question is it old displeased fracture with ossification and callus formation or can be fracture of pre existing accessory bone. And is there any dorsal wrist impingement?

Chondromalacia patella ?
42 years female with chronic knee pain. Some radiologist report this as chondropathic changes of patella related to OA especially in non young patients or it is just chondromalacia patella ?

@Daniel April Yes she had trocheolar dysplasia that may explain these changes
