Empaths Are Always Feeling, Sensing, and Giving
Happy Sunday, I hope everyone is doing well. As I continue into my new chapter after my divorce a year ago, I am finding my way back to myself. It's good work, hard, but I know I deserve it. Everyone deserves to own their power in their sunrise because when we transition, that will be it, our sunset, our physical time here will be over. So now is the time - @Wendy Prager Sundays and all ☺️ As an empath, deep breaths and prayer have helped me to stay grounded. I have started a daily ritual before I leave home to engage the world, which includes deep breaths and prayer to help me stay present, embrace my work, and communicate effectively (use my voice) with whoever I am dealing with. If you are an empath, then this message is for you. Sometimes it is hard for us to respond as others who are competitive or vocal. We tend to overanalyze, keep things inside, and then it builds up, and we keep telling ourselves stories that create more resentment, isolation, and pain. This is no blame; it is only because we are sensitive and have a higher-than-usual connection to sensing and feeling things. But what if you committed to starting each day with a simple 5-minute prayer to help you center your mind, thoughts, and spirit? You are so worth it! You commit to everyone else; you can surely do this for yourself. This prayer has helped me to consistently put myself first by spending just 5 minutes a day to connect with my higher power and reinforce my values. Enjoy the 5-minute prayers and your sunrise; let's make the most of it!🥰 I hope this is helpful in any way. Have a fabulous week, everyone.🙏

I was exhausted all the time, but couldn’t sleep at night. Food didn’t taste like anything, and I lost weight without trying. The smallest things felt overwhelming. And then there was the brain fog and that was the part that made me feel the most broken. It was a crazy time, that's for sure.
