Hello, basically this competition wasn't a great one of many that I've done, and I was mostly disappointed with my results in the fly especially, because the goal that I had in mind was to "not mess up the 200m fly and 100m fly", well... I think it got to me a little to negatively. I did get one silver medal (for the 200m fly) and two bronze medals (for the 50m fly and 100m fly) but it just not feel the same as actually getting a PB AND getting a reward for the hard work. But I still tried to stay positive for the whole competition, and not think about the past times and such, so now I realize that I'm pretty happy with the medals also, cause what I did now was just something I did at that moment, and it's not like I can never go past it in the future. My coach did congratulate me for trying and pointed out that my technique had improved from my camp with Yul and Zack, and said that we'll just keep working until I'll make past the "fear" of the 200m fly, and the small halt in the 100m fly. When I did hear that, I got some hope that it'll be better in the future, and I'll keep training to get that goal that I've set up for myself. 💗
