What macaron filling is the best? I’ve tried buttercream but i’m not really a fan because i find it too heavy in flavor. I’m making macarons this weekend and i’m planning to do blueberry, raspberry and strawberry filling.
Hello, folks! My boy will turn 10 the next month, I’d like to freeze the macs because I fear I can do something wrong and end up frustrated and with no Macs on the table lol Can I freeze them? And if yes how the process of unfreeze looks like? Thank you!!
Hi. I have a problem with my macarons. The colorful macarons are hollow and baked in a home oven (140°C for about 23 minutes). The white macarons have a crooked base and were baked in a new HENDI h90 conventional oven (~130°C for about 15-18 minutes).
Today is my third times trying out crystal recipe. Everything still looking good. Full mac today but i still need to adjust my oven temp because it seem alittle hot in oven some are crack but still a good mac. When it too cold my macaron isnt as smooth.
