Album Release Tues 7/21/2026
I'm releasing 6 tracks of a hip-hop collab album I've spent over a year and a half working on with as many of my amazingly talented consiglieres as I could include. It's a passion project of mine I've wanted to start for over a decade, and I'm finally jumping the last hurdles of the race. I've titled it "The Cookout" and I'm dropping it on bandcamp this coming tuesday. I can't express how proud I am to even release completed material for this project. All beat composition, sound engineering, and artist contributions come directly from some incredibly talented individuals from my beloved DMV (DC,MD,VA). Thanks for reading guys. Had to share 😊. Below is the Prince George's Co. Goatman hard at work metaphorically grillin up this rythmic delicacy for everybody 👌.

Very very cool!
What do I fall under?
I will be 100% honest. I do not know if I am considered a Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or expert guitarist. I am not a expert. Based on my tracks and songs.... I do not know chords or sweep picking. I do not know how to play clean chords. As soon as someone tells me to play a chord, my mond goes "Run for it". I know how to go up and down the neck, some chords that I don't know the name of, some tapping, and some scales. When I look for lessons or lesson apps, it's like im expected to know the chords by then. I just dont know.

I agree with Kim above, don't worry about a title, just play. I've had plenty of auditions and they just want to know if you can play. I've had many pub gigs with bands that are just 3 or 4 chord songs and it lights the crowd up.
