My baby
I’ve always wanted one of these and about a year ago I finally got the chance, she’s a 1997 USA custom 24 in near perfect condition except for the 3 ways switch and push pull pot mod (all the original parts were in the case). I had a SE single cut back years ago that I got cheap because it was sort of a project and I traded it for a tele… the tele was great but the that PRS SE was always the one that got away. Luckily I found this one and fell in love with it. I love the way the light hits it differently and the color with the flame looks like waves over sand on a shallow beach. I named her Calypso.

Harp Guitar
a friend of mine who built guitars passed away a few years ago. He built this. I saw his wife last night and she gave this to me to play. Not to keep, but i could buy it if i end up liking it i suppose. has anyone here ever played a harp guitar??

@Billy T Scrapper awesome! My trebles are an add-on from Brunner Guitars in Switzerland: https://brunner-guitars.com/en/the-muriel-trebles-2/ Named for Muriel Anderson, they can attach to any acoustic guitar, harp or otherwise. They do sit a bit far from the main guitar strings, and I’m having a bit of a challenge with them, but “target practice” is just starting to pay off now, so hopefully the songs I’ve arranged that include them can be recorded and heard before much longer. They do sit trebles are the biggest challenge I’ve had with it.

@Billy T Scrapper yes! Beautiful instrument , and great jam!
Hand warm ups?
Due to my recent injuries in my hands from the auto accident, I’ve been wondering what do all of you do to loosen up strengthen and work with your hands or fingers when you’re not playing guitar to make them better? Give me some ideas of things I can do to help restrengthen my fingers. I tried playing three songs today and they hurt worse than I’ve ever experienced playing guitar!

Here’s a link to a great article with all the good stretches in it. Be gentle, go slowly at first. You want to encourage healing first. Ice a couple of times a day and ibuprofen for inflammation, if needed. Probably hold practice time down to shorter sessions for a while.
