Pull-ups
I can only do about 6 clean pull-ups in one go. Does anyone know an effective method to increase reps as fast as possible?

Train at a high frequency (4 to 5 times a week), DONT train till failure (lower the intensity, more you'll increase your endurance), focus on your form. thats pretty much it You can give this video a watch if you want more details (https://youtu.be/k-xDVFoHEK4)
Intermediate athlete
I have unlocked: •Front Lever 4s •Straddle Planche 2s •2-3 Muscle Ups •Freestanding Handstand 5-6s •20Kg Pullups for 2-3 reps Goal is to compete in SWUB and FIBO and win. Please help, I am very weak beginner 14yo.

Depends on how youre training and what your priorities are. If you're doing something like me (high intensity low volume), then you need to focus more on recovery than anything else to not plateau. Whereas if you're doing something which is high volume but low intensity, then less recovery can work too. Whats your goals rn?

@Mohammad Abusalama Since its endurance, I think you'd be better off training low intensity high volume high frequency. Using EMOMs and circuits and shit to get your total reps of the workout high but keeping the intensity VERY low
5 pull ups!
