@Marwan Egal No equipment - Ab compresssions, Reverse Crunches, Crunches, Leg Raises (Laid down then, Hanging Knee Raises then, Hanging Leg Raises then add ankle weights then Rotating Leg Raises), Dragon Flags With Equipment - Ab Rollers, Cable Crunches, Weighted Crunches Mountain climbers and all those cardio like exercises aren't as effective. If you wanna go really intense, you can do them when resting between sets.
