@Ha Bu Weighted Dips and Overhead Press. And, practice planche more. If your main focus is the planche, don't train Frint Lever rn. Focus on one skill at a time
Training when ill
Yesterday I felt awesome but today I have a cold or something. Did some light reps but felt tired really quickly. Do you keep training or stop completely and rest?

Hi Simon. I'm Aditya from India. My main focus rn is Weighted Calisthenics. I'm at +35kg Dips & +20kg Pullups and I want to get to +45kg Dips & +35kg Pullups by the end of this year. I'm also training for Handstand Pushups and I'm trying to get a 55kg OHP this year for that. I do have a problem rn - Lower Back Pain. I think it started because I used to wear my Wt. Belt wrong (above Illiac Crests directly on Lower Back instead of on Illiac Crests) which I have rectified now. However, the pain still persists. I've been doing rev. Hyperextensions for Rehab on Pull Days, any suggestions?
