Hi everyone 👋 I’m a bit confused about how to connect my conversational AI to SMS in GoHighLevel. I already bought a phone number inside GoHighLevel and the number works. I can send SMS to it and the messages appear in the Conversations tab. What I don’t understand is where exactly I need to connect my AI agent so it can reply to those SMS. My goal is simply to test my conversational AI directly from my phone: - I send a message from my phone - the AI replies by SMS - I answer again from my phone - and the conversation continues through SMS Right now the conversation only works inside the web interface, not through my phone. So my question is: what do I need to connect or configure so my AI agent can talk through my phone number via SMS? Thanks in advance 🙏

This is no small project. We're helping a large insurance agency ramp up their outgoing caller to 300 concurrent lines. They want around 250 warm transfers a day from aged leads. That will cost them $1500 to $3000 a day in ai and twilio usage. We're holding their hand throughout the process and building them a custom dashboard. I probably should have charged more but this is my first deal applying ai voice at this scale. I also closed a smaller deal yesterday for $750 setup and $297/month, for single license ai voice plus a ghl crm and conversational ai-- also probably should have charged more. We're learning every day and slowly adding to that MRR. Things are starting to click, but it's been a struggle.

I gotta land it first but it feels like a win today BUT now I'm BIGTIME nervous. I sent out 10 Looms a few days ago to some attorneys. Then the followed up with "What'd ya think?" yesterday. Closed a 2k client on Monday (ads + bot setup), that client has big quality issues with his current ads, out of 20 leads 3 would book, new ads + the bot went live YESTERDAY and out of 3 leads received 2 of them are already booked! 🤯
