Phone number question
Hi everyone 👋
I’m a bit confused about how to connect my conversational AI to SMS in GoHighLevel.
I already bought a phone number inside GoHighLevel and the number works. I can send SMS to it and the messages appear in the Conversations tab.
What I don’t understand is where exactly I need to connect my AI agent so it can reply to those SMS.
My goal is simply to test my conversational AI directly from my phone:
- I send a message from my phone
- the AI replies by SMS
- I answer again from my phone
- and the conversation continues through SMS
Right now the conversation only works inside the web interface, not through my phone.
So my question is: what do I need to connect or configure so my AI agent can talk through my phone number via SMS?
