couple questions
1. what electrolytes do people use? been trying to find ones that are good. 2. what are good but calorie dense foods because i’m having a really hard time with meeting the calories i should and with the big surplus coming up i’m really trying to think hard😂

@Madison Zajdel Same as @Trenton Sweet "Trace Minerals" "Power Packs" have sooooo many good ingredients. I order them from Amazon - many good flavors available. Also, LMNT for "saltier" electrolytes. Fewer ingredients in LMNT and more expensive typically than Trace Minerals

I’m back
I’m going to be honest on here, had a rough two days. Holding myself accountable on here. I didn’t post yesterday and didn’t wake up this morning, but I’m going to do better! So far today I just had black coffee. Didn’t get my morning training in (mad at myself I know). But I’m teaching dance and a barre class later so that will be my workout.
