Offer gets them to say yes to you. For example. The first high income skill I learnt was facebook ads for local businesses and generating them leads. (And I am still doing this for clients) My clients didn't care if I knew facebook ads. What they cared about was if i can get them results In the most fastest, low-effort & risk-free way. They cared about my OFFER around my skill. Make an offer around your skill, and signing clients will be easier :)
