Built a Sports Bar Automation Dashboard . Need Help With 3 Automations
Hey everyone! I’ve been working on something exciting and wanted to share it with the community. I’ve built a small automation dashboard for a sports bar / restaurant. Here’s the link: https://rabbit-ops-dash.lovable.app What the dashboard can do right now: Shows a clean overview of the bar’s operations Central place to manage content, automations & tasks , review management, CRM & marketing A storyboard system for the bar’s theme (I created a whole Midjourney storyboard to generate the visuals on-brand) It’s still early, but it already looks and feels like a real operations system for a bar. I’ve hit three main problem s and would love ideas, feedback, or anyone who wants to collaborate: 1. Integrating Midjourney (storyboard images) into n8n I’ve created a “storyboard space” in Midjourney with all the brand-themed images, but I’m struggling to connect those storyboard into an n8n workflow. I want it so that whenever I create a storyboard image → it automatically enters the content creation flow. 2. Inventory Management Automation I want to build a proper inventory automation: stock updates from sales low-stock alerts automatic reorder suggestions But I’m confused about the best structure + where to start the workflow . 3. Staff Management Automation This part is tricky: scheduling shift reminders no-show alerts timeclock → payroll sync I’m not sure which tool to integrate with n8n or how to map the workflow properly. I want people to see the project, take inspiration, give feedback, and maybe help me solve these 3 automation blocks. Even a small idea can help a lot I’m learning as I’m building.
