@Yolanda Williams For me, the biggest reason I chose to work with this team is simple, they’ve actually shown up and delivered when it mattered. I’ve worked with quite a few people online before, invested a lot into different “experts,” and honestly, most of them either underperformed or ended up doing more harm than good to my store. It was frustrating. But with this team, it’s been different. They’ve been consistent, reliable, and most importantly, they’ve helped me start seeing real results and sales in my ecommerce business. That’s why I talk about them. Not because I’m trying to push anything, but because good, professional people like this are genuinely hard to find. If you’ve come across them, you’re already in a good position, so it’s definitely something worth taking seriously.

🔮 Mystic V2 (How I'm Personally Using It)
Hey everyone! 👋 I just recorded a quick demo walking through how my team and I are using some of the latest features we’ve built into Mystic. (You’ll find it attached below.) Huge thanks to all of you who’ve shared feedback on the recent updates — it means a lot to our team and plays a big role in helping us shape Mystic into the best possible tool for POD sellers. I’d love to hear from you: What features are you using most in V2? What still needs work? -Chris P.S. - We have a really exciting roadmap of new features to be released over the coming months. 100% thanks to all of your feedback. 🙏

I don’t usually recommend people lightly, but if you’re struggling with your online store, this is someone worth paying attention to. One thing I’ve realized is that people don’t talk enough about what happens after you start an eCommerce business. Getting started is one thing… but actually scaling it is a completely different challenge. There was a point where I was trying to handle everything on my own, testing products, tweaking my store, running ads, troubleshooting issues… basically wearing every hat. I was seeing some results, but it was slow, stressful, and honestly overwhelming. At some point, I had to be real with myself, the problem wasn’t the business. It was how I was trying to manage it. So I made a shift. Instead of doing everything alone, I decided to get help from a freelance team. That decision changed how I approached everything. They didn’t just “help” they brought structure. My store was redesigned properly, my product listings were organized in a way that actually made sense, and my budget finally had direction instead of guesswork. That’s when things started to click. I moved from trial-and-error to clarity. From feeling stuck to having a system I could rely on. And that’s when I began to see real growth. What I’ve learned from all of this is simple: eCommerce isn’t just about starting, it’s about building the right systems, having structure, and getting the right guidance when you need it. If you’re currently trying to do everything yourself and it feels like you’re not moving as fast as you should, it might not be about working harder… it might be about working differently. I’ve launched my store—but I haven’t taken off yet!
It’s been about two months since launch. I’ve gotten some great feedback from people I know, but sales have been slow (aside from a few supportive friends ). I’m not sure what I might be missing or where to focus my energy to start gaining traction. Any tips, feedback, or ideas are welcome! 🙏

🧐 Overwhelmed by "What to Sell?"
Generic = invisible in the POD world. The key to making sales isn't being broader; it's being specific. This week's article, "🔍 Finding Your POD Niche," is your roadmap to standing out and making sales easier. A great niche is a combination of your interest + a group with demand. It’s the difference between a shirt that says "Coffee is life" and one that says "Teachers run on coffee and chaos." Which one do you think is easier to market? 🤔 Read the full article for the step-by-step process, common red flags to avoid, and a ton of inspiring ideas: Link 👈☺️ Your Homework: 1. Look Inward: What is one passion or community you are already a part of? 2. Niche It Down: Try to narrow that down to a specific audience (e.g., Dog Moms → Greyhound Rescue Dog Moms). Drop your proposed niche in the comments! 👇
