hello everyone, has anyone ever has Mystic be unable to Upscale a design? one design in particular will not upscale and now im having issues with batch upscaling. i have tried all i can think of... loggin in/out, trying batch upscale, trying singular upscale. anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, I get a JSON error (Unexpected token 'R', "Request En"... is not valid JSON) when trying to use an uploaded reference image in the prompt bar. There's nothing funky about the file I'm using, it's a transparent PDF design file for one of my other shirts. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? any tips? Thanks

Hey there! it's happening this to me more than a time on different days I submit a prompt, hit Generate, and then the 2 space for the images with turning clock stay for a while, than all disappear... I didn't have checked what happen to my credits...
