Sleep: 2:30 am Wake up: 10:55 10:55 am -- 3:00 pm --> web design 3:30 -- 4:45 --> went out for some important work with family 4:45 -- 5:30 --> time got wasted on mobile 5:30 -- 11:47 --> design work 11:47 -- 12:00 --> Isha 12:00 -- 12:40 --> time wasted 12:40 -- 2:15 am --> design work _____ Fajar: qadha Zuhur: 3:30 Asar: 4:00 pm approx, didn't note exact time Maghrib: 6:00 pm Isha: 11:47 pm ● Wins: followers growth on X, hit 44 ● Did I progress or regress?? I did little progress, have to do more I felt confident when did some deep work but then I slipped & ended up wasting nearly an hour, need to fix it. ● What can I improve tomorrow? I need to put in more focused work & achieve more in less time

Sleep: 3:00 am Wake up: 10:00 am 10:00 -- 10:53 --> work 10:53 -- 10:59 --> Time waste 10:59 -- 11:40 --> bath 11:40 -- 2:50 --> drove for driving licence 2:50 -- 7:30 --> work, zuhur prayer 7:30 -- 8:30 --> journaling. design work, Asar & maghrib prayers while listening to Ammad Raza bhai's videos on mindset. 8:30 -- 9:09 --> some time on mobile, then did some pushups & workout with bricks h 9:09 -- 2:30 --> Isha prayer, design work ___ Fajar: qadha Zuhur: 3:00 Asar: didn't note time Maghrib: didn't note time Isha: 11:40 pm

Missed consecutive 2 days writing journals
I don't know what happened but for the past few days I've been doing nothing that much productive, wasting more time than usual and doing nothing not even scrolling just overtinking or sleeping. I don't know what's happening Is this a part of journey or it's just another day of overthinking.......?

This happens to people, even the best of us Don't worry, just analyse and reflect on what made you waste time or why did this happen. Fix it and just start doing the work again Don't let a small inconsistency turn into a bigger one and do not overthink is gone. Stay strong brother

9:44 -- 10:50 am --> work 10:50 -- 11:20 --> fell asleep 11:20 -- 12:58 --> Some YouTube, chatgpt discussion about a problem, breakfast 12:58 -- 3:30 --> got out for some important work 3:30 -- 5:50 --> work 5:50 -- 6:15 --> maghrib prayer & Recited Quran 6:15 -- 6:37 --> listened to omair shakeel stories, 6:37 -- 6:43 --> a call 6:43 -- 6:47 --> journaling 6:47 -- 3:00 am --> Didn't track properly but did some design & accounts setup Fajar: qadha Zuhur: qadha Asar: qadha Maghrib: 5:50 pm Isha: 3:00 am 👑 Win of the Day: ● Reached 42 Followers on X with 22 days of consistent posting & sharing my journey ● A Big Company commented under my post End of Day reflection: Just started journaling again no matter how badly my time tracking went My prayers & schedule is also messed up Starting is the first step to improvement

So I had been inactive in the community for a while Doing web design business Building an Audience on X Goal: $5000/month by the end of 2026 Slept: 3:30 am Woke: 12:00 pm Day Timeline: 12:00 -- 2:00 --> got up, some work related to web design business, Account setup. 2:00 -- 3:30 --> went out for some work 3:30 -- 4:00 --> work in web design 4:00 -- 4:48 --> had to go out again 4:48 -- 7:00 pm --> some work, then some important house works 7:00 pm -- 2:32 am --> website design work 2:32 -- 2:34 am --> journaling 2:34 -- 3:20 --> design work & prayed Isha & slept. ____ Fajar: qadha Zuhur: qadha Asar: qadha Maghrib: 5:50 Isha: 2:50 am
