12 Steps to increase your focus, (The Art of Focus by Finn Medlock)
1. Focus is a Skill, Not Talent Distractions are designed. Losing focus isn’t weakness — but focus can be trained like a muscle. 🔎 2. Find Your Attention Leaks Track where your time goes (phone, social media, gossip, multitasking). Awareness is the first step to control. 🐢 3. Change Slowly, Not Suddenly Don’t quit everything at once. Reduce screen time 10–15% weekly. Slow change sticks. 🏠 4. Design a Focus Environment Clean workspace. Phone in another room. Notifications off.Simple space = clear mind. ⏳ 5. Build Mental Endurance Use Pomodoro: 25 min focus + 5 min break (start with 15 if needed). Increase weekly. 🧘 6. Take Smart Breaks Break ≠ scrolling. Walk, breathe, stretch, water. Short reset = big productivity boost. 🎯 7. Single-Task Only No multitasking. One task. One window. One goal. This is your focus workout. 🎁 8. Reward Your Brain After deep work, give small rewards (not social media). Reward builds habit. 🧠 9. Set Daily Intention Each morning decide your one most important task. Clarity creates focus. ⚓ 10. Use Focus Anchors Same music, place, time — train your brain into focus mode automatically. 🌱 11. Focus Improves Life Better work, relationships, health, happiness — everything improves with focus. 🚀 Final Message Focus is your superpower. Train it daily. Control your mind — or the world will.
The brain performs not on reality, but on what it believes.
Appreciation builds confidence and improves performance, Negative surroundings damage focus — even for experts. A common girl is asked to throw a basketball into the net. First, with open eyes, she fails. Then she tries with closed eyes and fails again. But this time, the crowd cheers loudly, making her believe she succeeded. After that, when she tries again with open eyes, she successfully scores. Next, a professional basketball player takes the same test. With open eyes, he scores easily. Then he tries with closed eyes, but the crowd reacts negatively, making him believe he failed badly. After that, even with open eyes, the professional player misses the shot. Powerful Lesson A beginner can rise with encouragement. An expert can fall with negativity. That’s the power of environment over the human mind.

Day-66 / Responsible kind of Day / 5 February 2026, Thursday
I am stepping into the reality where I learn and implement LinkedIn content with clarity, build strong and intentional funnels, and grow through strategic Instagram content and aligned outreach. Every day, I execute calmly, consistently, and with purpose, Insha'Allah. ✅ Reflection Today was a responsibility-heavy but meaningful day. Even with guests and household commitments, I stayed present and still made space for focused work. The day wasn’t fast paced, but it was grounded. I showed up where I was needed at home, in client strategy, and in learning. This balance reminded me that progress doesn’t always look loud; sometimes it looks steady and intentional. 🛏️ Sleep Log • Woke up at: 8:00 AM • Slept at: After 1:00 AM 📊 Weekly Focus Reminder • Balance personal responsibilities with focused execution • Keep learning and implementing side by side • Protect energy while staying consistent • Let progress fit real life 🔔 Daily Reminders • Consistency adapts to life it doesn’t resist it • Presence is also productivity • Small, focused actions still compound 🧠 Key Highlights of the Day • 8–9 AM: Woke up, freshened up, completed breakfast • 9–11:30 AM: House cleaning, organizing, and setting up care-related tasks • 11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Grocery with my brother • 12:30–1:30 PM: Returned home, changed, prayed, showered • 1:30–2:30 PM: Worked on the MMS content creation module (writing + notes) • 2:30–4:30 PM: Meeting with Nida discussed client LinkedIn strategy, content direction, and internal management planning + Asr - 4.30-5.30PM: Prepare doc to discuss requirements with client & waited for an hour but the client didn't join the meet • 5:30–9:30 PM: Maghrib + Busy with guests, went out with them for dinner • 9:30–10:30 PM: Worked on a client’s LinkedIn profile added skills, created engaging posts, and optimized the Featured section • 11:30 PM–12:30 AM: Design Thumbnail for client reel • 12:30–1 AM: Reviewed the editor’s document and add my suggestions it

Day 03 & 04
Just a mood dump... not been able to productively complete the lecture these days, also I'm on vacation these days from my work.. Well I've noticed when I'm working, I am productive throughout and once I start taking rests, I'm all lazy again.
