It doesn't matter how strong you are, your brain will come up with any excuse in the book to not get it done. My three simple tips: 1. Time block (example below) 2. Get it done as early as possible 3. Have a minimum amount of conversations as a target (5-10-15-20, depending on your role and dealy size Welcome to all the new members.
