Do you prioritise cold calling?
It doesn't matter how strong you are, your brain will come up with any excuse in the book to not get it done.
My three simple tips:
  1. Time block (example below)
  2. Get it done as early as possible
  3. Have a minimum amount of conversations as a target (5-10-15-20, depending on your role and dealy size
