Just got to the part of my ADHD assessment that exposed my core belief, and here's the twist: I call myself "lazy and incapable," yet I became a professional dancer through pure hyperfocus. I achieved the exact thing my inner voice swears I can't do - and still felt like a fraud. Both can't be true. Can't wait to find out which one's been lying.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it procrastination, but it named the real thing: I keep working for everyone else's vision because investing in my own means risking my belief that my intuition was worth trusting all along. Turns out that's not laziness. It's protection.
